Züblin traditionally invests in office real estate, concentrating on core markets in German-speaking Europe. Following the restructuring process, the company aims at a stronger presence in Switzerland, but at the same time explores ways to expand into other investment segments and/or markets to improve its market positioning.


Currently, Züblin's real estate portfolio is focused on its home market Switzerland. The portfolio is characterized by its good locations, high build and structural quality – criteria that form the basis of Züblin's investment objectives and decisions.
